I’ve spent the last 14 years working directly with children and young people with autism and social, emotional, and mental health needs. This isn’t theory for me. It’s real, hands-on work with real families, in real schools, every single day.
For four of those years, I’ve been part of senior leadership teams in autism-specialist schools. That experience has shaped how I work now. I combine trauma-informed, compassionate practice with clear, evidence-based behaviour strategies that actually make a difference, not just on paper, but in everyday life.
Pastoral care has always been at the heart of what I do. As a qualified CPI Instructor and behaviour specialist, my focus is simple: helping children feel safe, understood, and supported so they can thrive. When you work with me, you’re not getting generic advice or a one-size-fits-all programme. You’re gaining a committed partner who takes the time to understand your child, your family, and your challenges.
I see your child as a whole person, not a label. I’ll help you recognise and build on their strengths, while calmly and practically supporting you through the more difficult moments.
Together, we move beyond theory and focus on what actually helps:
With the right support, things can feel lighter. My aim is for you to feel heard, supported, and equipped, and for your child and your family to thrive at home, at school, and beyond.
